Return policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery of the purchased product, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

For our return policy to work, your item must be returned to us in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not authorized for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable games

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • For any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to our error
  • For any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will then be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to appear officially.
  • Then contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time.
  • If you have taken all these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us via our formulaire

Your acceptance of these terms

We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, contact us via our formulaire and wait for our instructions to be emailed to you.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.
